Music followers are all familiar with the popular music festival, Coachella. Coachella is a huge music and arts festival in Indio, California, with tons of performances ranging from all genres of music and artists. Coachella also displays different arts along with the musical performances taking place. This year, the festival will take place from April 11 to April 20.
There are performances two Fridays, April 11 and 18, two Saturdays, April 12 and 19, and two Sundays, April 13 and 20. Pop singer Lady Gaga will headline the Friday nights, rock band Green Day will headline the Saturday performances, and rapper Post Malone will headline the Sunday performances.
Rapper Travis Scott will also be headlining after Post Malone, as well as being a curator for the event. “Travis Scott Designs the Desert” will be an immersive event near the Sonora Tent. This is Scott’s first Coachella reappearance since his performance since Coachella 2017.
After Lady Gaga’s performance, there will be many other notable artists and performances on Friday. Some include rapper Missy Elliot, singer Benson Boone, indie pop band The Marías, Blackpink’s Lisa, English band The Prodigy, South African singer Tyla, Rapper GloRilla, DJ Mustard, and more.
Saturday’s performances, along with headliner Green Day, are also packed with talent. Starting with Charli XCX, rock band Misfits, Brazilian singer Anitta, Clairo, Korean boy band ENHYPEN, and other various artists.
Following Sunday’s headliners Post Malone and Travis Scott, the rest of the artists finish off the festival. Rapper Megan Thee Stallion, DJ Zedd, Blackpink’s Jennie, singer beabadoobee, Mexican singer Junior H, Keshi, and many others conclude the end of Coachella.
Quasar Stage, a separate venue, will be another location for Coachella and have a different lineup. Friday, April 11, will feature the Martinez Brothers and Loco Dice. Saturday, April 12 will have Barry Can’t Swim, 2ManyDJs, and Salute perform, and April 13 will have a performance from DJ Tiësto.
With the final Quasar lineup announced, anticipation and excitement for Coachella continues to grow.
