5 Things to Do This Weekend (5/12 – 5/13)
1.) Celebrate Mother’s Day! Take your mom out for a delicious breakfast, brunch, lunch or dinner in the beautiful Paris ballroom of Jackson 20 (located in Alexandria, Virginia). Treat her to a relaxing afternoon at the Tranquility Day Spa in Haymarket, Virginia. Bring her to the Annual Antique Rose Festival in Lynchburg, Virginia. If you really want to make her feel appreciated, take her on the Mother’s Day Spirit of Norfolk Cruise.

2.) Ride through Shenandoah Valley on a horse from Jordan Hollow Stables in Stanley, Virginia! Choose from nine different horses and spend some time getting to know your four-legged, long-maned friend. Learn tacking and some other tricks before heading onto the trails for open-riding. Take a guided tour and enjoy the scenery, or if you’re a more confident rider, got it alone (or with friends or family). Happy trails to you!
