Although we’ve only been in 2018 for 2 months, there is a lot to look forward to this year when it comes to movies. Here are the five movies to look forward to, as well as some other anticipated movies of 2018:

Black Panther –
This is a great year for Marvel and their fans, because of the many movies being released. As seen in the Avengers: Civil War movie, T’Challa’s – also known as the Black Panther, father, King of Wakanda – returns back home to his country to take his rightful place as king. The movie features an all star cast including Chadwick Boseman, Michael B. Jordan, Lupita Nyong’o, Angela Bassett, and more.
Release Date: February 16, 2018

Avengers: Infinity War Pt.1 –
As one of the most highly anticipated movies of 2018, Marvel fans and other moviegoers are expecting a lot from this action-packed film. In this movie, The Avengers come together to fight their most powerful enemy yet: Thanos, who is on a mission to collect all 6 infinity stones. The faith of the planet is in the hands of the Avengers, as everything they have fought for has led up to this epic moment. This movie is the first half of a two-part film with Pt. 2 being released in 2019.

Deadpool 2 –
Due to the major success of the first movie, Deadpool 2 returns as a sequel. Although not much is known about the contents of the movie, teaser trailers have been released on Youtube and have caught the attention of many people. In one teaser, Deadpool impersonates famous painter, Bob Ross, which made it funny, entertaining, and intriguing, so people will get excited about the upcoming movie.

The Incredibles 2 –
Pixar fans have been waiting for this sequel for a long time now, 14 years to be exact, and it is finally being released this year. Like Deadpool, not much is known about this movie either, but a teaser had been released back in November of last year. In the teaser includes Jack-Jack and Mr. Incredible.The teaser didn’t tell us much about the actual movie, that’s what teasers are for. Either way, we know this movie is going to be a great one.

Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom –
After the first Jurassic World movie (where the theme park gets completely destroyed), the gang – including Owen Grady and Claire Dearing- returns to the island to save the remaining dinosaurs from an upcoming volcano eruption. As seen in the epic trailer that has been released recently, new species of dinos will be introduced (such as the Carnotaurus, the Baryonyx, and more).
