Class Color Day was a very exciting event that occurred today at South Lakes.
Some upperclassmen arrived as early as 5 a.m. to decorate the school with miscellaneous decorations supporting their class colors.
“My favorite part is how everyone gets into color day and how awesome the school looks,” said sophomore Anna Stormoen.
All four of the sub-schools were covered in orange, yellow, blue, or green. Students represented their grade’s color with matching socks, pants, shirts, hats, and even ducky slippers.

Even teachers wore the class colors of the grades they teach.
However, the day was not perfect. As taunting occurred between grades, Principal Bruce Butler reminded students to show respect to their fellow classmates.
