Varsity football began district play with Stone Bridge for the Seahawk’s first home game of the season, losing 49-6
The Seahawks suffered the wrath of Stone Bridge’s star quarterback Ryan Burns throughout the first half, as he led the team to a score of 42-6 at halftime.
Burns, who has committed to play at Stanford next year, suffered a left ankle injury in the second half.
Senior quarterback Rashaan Jones threw a 78-yard touchdown pass to senior wide receiver Zac Parker in the second quarter for the Seahawks only score of the evening.

The Seahawks, now 1-2, will travel to Fairfax next Friday, while the Bulldogs, now 3-0, will travel to Broad Run. Game time for both is 7:30 p.m.
