There is a new restaurant coming to Reston Town Center! The beloved Shake Shack has been announced to join the list of scrumptious spots to grab a bite to eat here in Reston!

It is known that Reston Town center has been in a sort of “remodeling” phase for the past couple of years, but it seems as though the area is being finalized. Many of the restaurants added, however, remain on the fancier side, making it a less practical afternoon hangout spot. That is until the Shake Shack arrives.

Shake Shack is a burger and milkshake joint that is known for their delicious, smashed burgers, crinkle cut fries, secret sauce, and creamy milkshakes. This well-known eatery does have locations in the Northern Virginia area, however they remain in Tysons, discouraging many people from going. By adding a convenient location so close by to many Restonians, it allows a convenience for this new spot.

“I really like their burgers, but there was never one close enough for me to want to make the trip,” Virginia resident Joey Burvis said.

Although scrumptious, the restaurant does remain on the pricier side regarding burger restaurants. With the cheapest burger costing $8.79, with no drink or fries, it definitely is no McDonalds location.

“Compared to all the other places around, it’s definitely expensive. I wouldn’t go there regularly just because of the price,” Burvis said.

All in all, this new opening is very exciting for all burger lovers in the area! Keep an eye out on the Reston Town center updates as for the grand opening of this restaurant!
