Celebrities are profoundly known for each of their sets of skills including acting, cooking, singing, producing, and directing. Celebrities they are also known for their different senses of fashion.
High fashion goes back to 1858 when Charles Frederick Worth was the first designer to have his label sewn into the clothing that he created. But now there are tons of designers making all types of clothing, from dresses to satchels, and now, harnesses that sell for about $2,000 to $3,000 a piece.

Michael B. Jordan, the actor most famous for playing the Adonis in the Creed movies, and Erik Killmonger in the 2018 box office hit Black Panther, won the Screen Actors Guild Award for Outstanding Performance by a Cast in a Motion Picture. Jordan wore a Louis Vuitton harness on the red carpet at the SAG Awards. The harness was bold and bright and covered in pink, purple, and yellow watercolor splashes. The distinguished Louis Vuitton monogram was printed all over it.

Jordan is not the only celebrity to wear a harness at an award show. Timothée Chalamet was seen at the Golden Globes this year wearing a sparkling black harness. Jordan’s co-star, Chadwick Boseman, was seen in a bright white harness at the 2018 ESPY Awards. Olympian Adam Rippon was also seen at the 2018 Oscar’s wearing a strappy leather harness.

Based on the number of celebs sporting this trendy look, it’s clear that the formal harness is here to stay…at least for a while.
