The IBMYP Personal Project Fair will showcase student-designed projects Thursday, April 19 from 6-8 p.m.
Sophomores attending must arrive by 5:30 p.m. in order to set up their projects. Sophomores that need additional equipment for their display should arrive no later than 5 p.m.
These projects were created by sophomores enrolled in honors English to highlight their personal passions. These projects relate to one of the five Areas of Interaction: Human Ingenuity, Approaches to Learning, Community and Service, Health and Social Education, and Environments.
Students will showcase an array of projects on topics including science experiments, musical compositions, and fundraisers.
The International Baccalaureate Middle Years Program requires the completion of this final product, along with the process journal and process paper, to achieve the IBMYP Certificate of Achievement.
Sophomores who earn the certificate will receive recognition for their work that night during an awards ceremony.
Everyone in the Reston community is invited to attend.
