Niki’s Guide: students should exercise
Students should exercise. This statement echoes through the country and problems emerge regarding childhood obesity, health, and mental effects.
However, when a statement echoes, generally good reasoning backs it. This overweight epidemic continues to be studied throughout the country and endless results come back with the same idea that people need to eat clean, not processed food, and move sixty minutes a day.
Students need to exercise because telling people to change their lives will never work. Do not dive in to changing a lifestyle because of these studies and opinions.
Simply exercise because that is the best first step to take toward a healthier lifestyle. Exercising will often lead to more movement and eventually healthier eating, especially with increased information traveling regarding clean eating.
Do not be persuaded to try and change everything all at once. Simply, students should exercise. Hopefully it will lead to something greater.
