Emotion can often play a role in the ability to focus and thrive in a school environment.
Although there are factors that control a student and his or her mood, there are ways to eliminate the severity of it.
First, forgive and forget. Holding grudges against teachers or peers does not contribute anything positive in life.
Secondly, eliminate stress by keeping up in school. It is hard to get back ahead after being behind. By completing all work and assignments, stress levels will lower significantly.
Last but not least, getting enough sleep and staying well fed is the best way to maintain emotion. Although the student may still have reason to be angry or sad, the feeling will not be as heightened.
Just remember not to let emotion take priority over school.
